1. What is Moissanite? Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone with exceptional fire and brilliance. With a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, it is extremely durable and will never lose its sparkle. It offers the refined look of a fine gemstone at a more accessible price.

2. Will your Moissanite pass a diamond tester? Because of its thermal conductivity, our high-quality Moissanite stones will often pass most standard handheld diamond testers.

3. What does GRA Certified mean? Each Luvia moissanite piece includes an official GRA (Gemological Research Association) certificate for its main stone(s), verifying D Color, VVS1 clarity, and premium cut quality. Each stone also has a unique laser-inscribed serial number.

4. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? Yes. We use 925 Sterling Silver finished with a thick layer of Rhodium Plating (Platinum family) for extra shine and durability. All our pieces are 100% nickel-free and lead-free — suitable for sensitive skin.

5. How much does shipping cost?

United States:

  • Orders $75 USD and over: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $75 USD: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD will be applied at checkout.

International:

  • Orders $99 USD and over: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $99 USD: A flat shipping fee of $7.99 USD will be applied at checkout.

The final shipping fee will always be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

6. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Most eligible international orders are shipped with duties and taxes included where available. Any applicable shipping fees or duty details will be shown clearly at checkout. For certain regions with specific customs regulations, local import fees may apply.

  • US Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days after dispatch.

8. How do I care for my Luvia jewelry? To maintain that lasting sparkle, we recommend:

  • Removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
  • Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
  • Cleaning gently with the soft polishing cloth provided in your Luvia box.
