1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on luviajewelers.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Luvia Jewelers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Pricing

Luvia Jewelers specializes in premium lab-grown Moissanite set in authentic S925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium or 18K Gold plating.

  • Accuracy: We strive for color accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping Rates (United States): Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 USD. For orders under $75, a flat fee of $4.99 USD applies at checkout.
  • Shipping Rates (International): Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 USD. For orders under $99, a flat fee of $7.99 USD applies at checkout.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
  • Delivery Risks: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and must include the original GRA Certificate.
  • Fees: Returns missing the GRA Certificate will incur a $15 USD replacement fee deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable.

6. 60-Day Limited Warranty

Luvia Jewelers stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • What's Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as loose stones or faulty clasps, under normal wear conditions.
  • What's Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care (such as exposure to harsh chemicals or improper Rhodium Plating maintenance), or normal wear and tear (such as scratches or fading of plating).
  • The Stones: We guarantee that our Moissanite stones will retain their fire and brilliance for a lifetime; however, any physical damage to the stone or the setting is only covered within the 60-day warranty period.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including photography, logos, and designs—is the exclusive property of Luvia Jewelers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luvia Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
