Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 6–10 business days.
  • International Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 6–12 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect delivery address.

Haven't received your tracking number?

Please allow 1–2 business days after placing your order for your tracking information to be generated and sent.

If you still haven't received it after 2 business days, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's still missing, contact our support team at support@luviajewelers.com with your order number, and we'll track it down for you!
