You can monitor your package's journey by clicking the link in your email or by entering your tracking number on our partner tracking site:

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Please note: Processing takes 1–3 business days before the shipping clock starts.

Haven't received your tracking number?

Please allow 1–3 business days after placing your order for your tracking information to be generated and sent.

If you still haven't received it after 3 business days, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's still missing, contact our support team at support@luviajewelers.com with your order number, and we'll track it down for you!
