1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on luviajewelers.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Luvia Jewelers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Pricing

Luvia Jewelers specializes in premium lab-grown Moissanite set in authentic S925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium plating.

  • Accuracy: We strive for color accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping Rates (United States): Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 USD. For orders under $75, a flat fee of $4.99 USD applies at checkout.
  • Shipping Rates (International): Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 USD. For orders under $99, a flat fee of $7.99 USD applies at checkout.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Most eligible international orders are shipped with duties and taxes included where available. Any applicable shipping fees or duty details will be shown clearly at checkout. For certain regions with specific customs regulations, local import fees may apply.   • Delivery Risks: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Unworn, undamaged, and in its original state.
  • Completeness: Must include the original luxury box and the GRA Certificate (if applicable).
  • Note: Returns missing the GRA certificate may be subject to a $4 replacement fee.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error:

  • Custom-Made: Custom jewelry or specially ordered pieces.
  • Personalized: Engraved or personalized items.
  • Final Sale Items: Only items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are non-returnable. Regular sale prices and promotional discounts do not affect our 30-day return policy.

Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., "changed my mind", style/size choice), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, Luvia Jewelers will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

6. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Eligible purchases are covered by our 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty and Lifetime Limited Moissanite Stone Warranty, subject to the coverage conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures described in our Warranty Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including photography, logos, and designs—is the exclusive property of Luvia Jewelers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luvia Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
