Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luvia Jewelers piece. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unworn, undamaged, and in its original state.
  • Completeness: Must include the original luxury box and the GRA Certificate (if applicable). Note: Returns missing the GRA certificate may be subject to a $15 replacement fee.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error:

  • Custom-Made: Custom jewelry or specially ordered pieces.
  • Personalized: Engraved or personalized items.
  • Hygiene Reasons: Earrings (for hygiene reasons) are strictly final sale.
  • Final Sale Items: Only items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are non-returnable. Regular sale prices and promotional discounts do not affect our 30-day return policy.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., "changed my mind", style/size choice), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, Luvia Jewelers will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luviajewelers.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged during transit)

Our team will review the issue and provide the next steps.

6. How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@luviajewelers.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide the designated return address and instructions.

Important Note: Please DO NOT send items back to the address on the original shipping label without contacting us first. It is not our return center, and we cannot guarantee a refund if sent there.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit instead after your return is approved and inspected.
