At Luvia Jewelers, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and worry-free. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Delivery Timeline
We work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible:
- Order Processing: 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays).
- US Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- International Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days after dispatch.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8-15 business days (including processing time).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
United States:
- Orders $75 USD and over: FREE Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $75 USD: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD will be applied at checkout.
International:
- Orders $99 USD and over: FREE Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $99 USD: A flat shipping fee of $7.99 USD will be applied at checkout.
The final shipping fee will always be shown at checkout before payment.
3. Duties & Taxes
We strive to provide a seamless, hassle-free shopping experience for our customers.
- Eligible Destinations: For major destinations, including the United States, applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.
- DDP Service: Where applicable, orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we handle the customs clearance process so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
- Exceptions: For certain regions with specific customs regulations, the recipient may be responsible for local import fees. Luvia Jewelers is not responsible for shipping delays or item forfeiture caused by customs clearance issues or a recipient's refusal to pay local import fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order.
- Correction Window: If you notice an error, please contact us at support@luviajewelers.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request an update.
- Liability: Luvia Jewelers is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Investigation: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@luviajewelers.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to find a solution.
- Delivered But Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, your building's front desk, mailbox, or local postal carrier before contacting us.
- Claim Window: All claims for missing packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery window.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives physically damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luviajewelers.com.
Please include your order number, along with clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the jewelry inside, so our team can review the issue and provide the next steps.
